Buzzwords for Step 2

Will they REALLY give you buzzwords like "double-bubble" sign in the vignette? I saw none of that on Step 1, but heard there were some gimmee questions on Step 2. Just curious? Thanks

Thats reassuring, b/c a lot of the study questions are loaded with buzzwords!!!
