I am still struggling to understand the entire chapter on spectroscopy and have decide to concentrate more of practice problems then trying to memorize the topic...
I am sorry for not being able to post the question... it is from DAT destroyer 2010 Question 24.
I understand how structure A has 8 signals but my confusion is for structure B. Referring to its solution, it says Structure B has 10 signals - my confusion is how come f -g and d-e (marked in the solution) will not have the same signal...is it that for the carbon atom to have same signal it has to be symmetrically opposite...
