cGPA - 3.9
sGPA - 3.85
MCAT - 512 (126/127/127/132) I'm concerned about this range. The actual score is lower than my AAMC practice full-lengths, but I really don't know when I'd be able to retake because of coronavirus and I don't know if I need to retake it, thoughts?

I think you have a lot of options with service-oriented schools close to you with your GPA/MCAT and gerontology undergraduate focus. I'll let others with MSAR access give you suggestions, but you can probably eliminate state schools where being OOS is a disadvantage (UNC?) and any super-reach MCAT scores (Duke, Virginia).

UNC, UVA and Virginia Tech accept few applicants with your MCAT and no connection to the state or region. Duke is a reach with your MCAT. I suggest these schools with your stats:
U Wisconsin
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
Rush
St. Louis
Creighton
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Tufts
Quinnipiac
Hofstra
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Georgetown
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
