So, I had a C in one of my economics stats/calculus classes and I tried retaking it this summer which turned out to be a terrible idea. Summer quarter is 5 weeks long here and I ended up taking chem and physiology at the same time. 11 hours of classes a day + 4 hours commute back and forth.

On the bright side I aced the chem and physiology classes. Unfortunately I got a C again in the economics stats/calc one. How big of a hole have I just dug myself into?

Should I try taking it again?

Well... this is probably obvious, but if there's any chance you'd get a 3rd C I definitely wouldn't re-take again.

I'd say it's a moderately-sized hole and would be worse if it were a class more relevant to the medical field. Unless it's a pre-req at any schools you're applying to?

... awaiting opinions from others more familiar with the retake/review/admissions processes.

1) Take a deep breath
2) CHILL!!!

In the absolute worst case scenario, someone will ask: "So cardboard, what's up with that C in Economics?"

Stops running around and reattaches head to body*

So, would the best thing to do in this instance be to move on and take the next quarter of econ math?

Edit: Ooookay, nevermind. The finalized class grades just came out.
My 77% somehow translates into an A-...
