Hi all,
This year has been a tough one for all of us. I took the exam this year, already failed a few times and hoping i've done enough this time. I would like to ask you guys who have taken this exam this year, it is not an ideal way to sit with your mask on for 8-9 hours and focus on your questions and going in and out of the exam is a little bit of more time too. I've tried to do my best but i could only imagine ppl with allergies and who're not used to wearing masks for 8-9 hours straight would struggle somewhat too.
Do you guys think ABP will have some kind of consideration when it comes down to exam pass scores? Not hoping a lot but somehow just wonder if they would consider taking all the struggles and reality into account with this covid thing. They did mention you can always take next year but then not everyone will be that convenient and ppl have different situations to postpone the exam till next year. What do you guys think? I might send an email to ask ABP about their stance on this year with COVID and exam performance with masks.

Yeah idk if that's gonna fly with ABP. You can't focus taking care of patients for 8-9 hours straight with a mask on either (which is what most people in a hospital are doing right now)?

Guess it can't hurt, they aren't gonna fail you or anything for asking but I'm going to suspect they're going to tell you that you should have just waited to take your test next year if you were that concerned about it. The amount of times you've already failed isn't ABPs fault.

Nah they don’t care. More failure=more people take next year=more money for abp
