Please provide details about your activities, especially your non-clinical community service. What feedback did you get from your prehealth advisors about your application (last cycle and this one)? What networking did you do before applying last cycle? Why do you think you didn't get beyond interviews at those two schools? Where in Californina did you grow up?
Which URM communities are you from? If you are Hispanic, are you fluent Spanish?

I don’t have a prehealth advisor since I’ve been out of school for 2 years now. Volunteering was a juniors coach for a lower income sports program and then now in prosthetics we have random community activities. My neuro research was also volunteer. I didn’t have much networking since I don’t have family in medicine, my only real mentor was the physician I worked with. I think I interview well but those schools are two known for reserving majority seats for in-state. I recently had an interview for another t10 conditional program and they said they only had positive feedback about my interview—they ended up choosing another applicant though. Since last cycle I added research and new prosthetics job, as well as 100 or so hours to cultural community activities. I grew up in SoCal but school in NorCal. I received both Davis and Riverside secondariesPlease provide details about your activities, especially your non-clinical community service.
