Okay, I am a Ca-1. I have about 400$ left in my book allowance. How would you spend it as a Ca-1? I have M and M. I have Baby Miller. I have Faust. I bought Jaffe and Hall with the rest of my book allowance. And those are all my books.

Basically, would you buy Big Miller or Big Blue? We have Miller in our anesthesia library. But at the same time, we will get another book allowance next year, so I don't think a review book is good at this point. I hope upper levels can tell me what they would have done in retrospect? Or is there any other essential books I may be missing. Thanks.

Miller is a great book, especially the new edition, it is a must have. Has great sections on CV, neuro, drugs etc. Get that before you get anything else IMHO.
