Dear all!
I would like to know what you need exactly to send to receive the letter, because even I have the documents, I can?t find if I need to send the Step 1 and Step 2 score reports or the ECFMG certificate ( also with the CSA ), if I have to send it I won?t have enough time to apply for 2003 match.
Also I can?t understand where I can find the Declaration to become a US citizen, do I need it if I?m foreign applying to a J-1 visa?
Finally, they say it lasts 2 months to recieve the letter, is it correct how many time use to take to recieve it?
