Hi Sadanand,

Regarding the Ca. bench test, and even practical exams for advanced standing programs as well; I posted an entry on the thread titled "frequently asked questions and answers". There are links there with additional information. I think that you will find that the only courses specifically geared towards the California test are only conducted in California. I live in San Francisco and my wife took a week long course at UOP in May of 2003. If you search the CE portion of the UOP website you probably won't find any such course currently being offered. I'm sure that UOP and other schools will start conducting the review courses again after the California legislation passes.

Did you actually read the "frequently asked questions and answers" thread?

I did read it now but does anyone know at what date exactly we shall be able to know, i am just curious because before i used to think we shall know by january.
i am wondering how many people are waiting for this test!

thank you scott, i shall check that thread for any updates..wish all the best for this bill because it shall help many people like me who are for any reason not being able to apply to schools

Guys/ Gals,
Here is somthing I did see on the action taken on the bill AB1467.

"
LAST HIST. ACT. DATE: 01/05/2004
LAST HIST. ACTION : Ordered returned to Senate."

This is from. http://www.assembly.ca.gov/acs/acsframeset2text.htm

Does this mean that the senate needs to send its approval again before its approved in the assembly?

regards
Sada

The fact that the bill has been returned to the Senate means that Andy was true to his word and the Assembly acted quickly upon the bill and it is now in the Senate for concurrence. The changes to the bill are not substantive, but are more a matter of housekeeping. Approval of the amendments should occur quickly as well.
