Kaplan pharm mentioned they dont work on the ventricle muscle actoin potential, but UW just mentioned they do decrease contractility besides their av nodal delay they cause, however, if they do work on contractility, that would mean they work on the ventricular action potential(phase 2)? Can someone clear this concept up for me?
