Hi everyone,
I ma dentist from india .In india we do not have seprate categorization in passport as middle name but if we writre name as s..... d....... g.... we take s.... as (first) d....(middle ) and g... as (last name).In the caapid appliaction detailing the personal information,only one letter ca be witeen in the middle name coulman and it is also mentioned as it is in passport. .But i have full middle name in passport so, should i write the first and middle name in first name column or first letter of middle name in middle colum.

i KNOW IT IS A SILLY QUESTION BUT DNT WAN 2 TAKE CHANCE IN FILLING THE FORM.

hi ash, your middle name is wriiten full on passport but on application forms to school, we can write only the first letter of our middle name and it is considered as accurate as your name mentioned on passport.
