All 3 have calcium induced calcium release. Mechanism is different.

A big difference though is that the Ca2+ necessary for contraction must come from the sarcoplasmic reticulum in skeletal muscle; smooth and cardiac muscle can take it up directly from the lumen.

This is why hypercalcaemia can lead to diastolic hypertension or constipation.
