Calculate AACOMAS GPA with graduate school grades?

I want to calculate my projected AACOMAS gpa and would just use one of the AMCAS gpa calculators floating around here now that grade replacement is no longer a factor, but I also have graduate school grades to factor in, which AMCAS does not count towards the cGPA (as far as I understand it).

What is the most accurate way to figure out my AACOMAS gpa with grad school grades? Just include them as part of the post-bacc grades part?
