Calculating GPA

So I have a quick question about the GPA portions of applications. When it asks for Math and Science GPA, does this mean only prerequisite math and science courses or does it mean all math and science courses taken? If it means all math and science courses taken, do they need to have MATH or BIOL or PHYS codes? Or can certain nursing classes including pathophysiology count?

I don't believe you have to worry about entering GPA info in...ptcas will do that for you...?

None of the schools I am applying to take the PTCAS (Texas schools). Some of the applications ask for my math and science GPA. So I'm just wondering if I only use the prerequisite math and science courses or do I use all math and science courses I've taken (like BIOL, CHEM, PHYS, MATH, etc.)?

Does anybody know? I'd appreciate help! 🙂
