I don't understand why everyone is so scared of Calculus 2. I thought it was very easy. There wasn't a concept in it that I didn't understand the first time around. And for those infinite series...what's the big deal? I'm actually curious because all my friends got me all scared that this class would be too hard for me. So, what is so hard about it?

Hahaha. Good for you, dude. 👍

Some people are naturally good at math. Some people are naturally bad.

Here ya go buddy. This must be what you were wanting:

Congratulations. You thought one class was easy.

Big whoop for you!

All you did was avoid screwing up your BCPM GPA with a non-essential class.

Write back when you find Organic and Physics as easy...

I thought the rotations about axes were tricky, but that was years ago. Anyway, good work! If you can do math, you can do anything!

(Full disclosure: I majored in math 😀)

Because you touch yourself at night.

I thought o-chem was easy.

:slap: i despise posters like this.

I feel sorry because they actually think they're contributing something.

But to actually add something: I notice people seem to like techniques of integration OR infinite series. I haven't met anyone who was down with both.

Congratulations. Random strangers on the Internet now know you are brilliant! Phew, imagine how unrewarding life would be if they didn't.

Maybe you're just good at math...?
😕

Because you touch yourself at night.

no that's the reason for why bad things happen in the world

he doesn't think calc is hard because he hasn't touch himself enough

I think this was a trolling attempt gone wrong. You'll have to be more clever than that, OP.

Hahaha. I don't think so.

Maybe the OP had good intentions... "Don't freak out! It's not that bad!"

lol, you've gotta be joking man.

I took calculus I,II,III and DE and you must be really insecure if you have to come post about it in here. ...If you tell them in your interview that you are the best Calc II person ever...maybe the adcom's will give you a free-tshirt, you should consider it

Yeah +1.

If I ever become a doctor, I'll buy the op this shirt. It can be used in math classes to pick up hoooooooooooot girls...

Just rub it in for those of us who aren't good at math...
The point of this thread is...? 😕😡

Maybe the OP is just trying to say that calc 2 isn't really that bad, and that people shouldn't be too afraid to take it. He may not necessarily be out to proclaim to the world how much of a baller he is at calc 2...

troll or not, if this is a math nerd thread reguarding calculus, then both calc I and calc II should be abolished and only calc III taught...mutliple integrals rule!
up yours shell method!

uhmmmm, ok. What was the point of your thread?? Some people hate math and suck at it, some like it and do well. Some people hate ochem and suck at it, some like it and do well. Some people hate physics and suck at it, some like it and do well. Some people....are you seeing a pattern here?? Not everyone is going do well in every subject (yes I know it possible to do well in all subjects for all you nitpicky basty's out there)

Yep. I did calculus 2 in an accelerated program in 4th grade. Piece of cake. The mcat was even easier. Keep us all posted when you kill that one too.

In the meantime, I second that you go out and get laid.

Maybe he just had an easy cal 2 teacher...? Anyway, I'm surprised he hasn't made a comeback, I want one!

This thread is the ultimate burn for patelnb and calculus II skills

preferrably by someone who looks similar to Hurricane's avatar. If you are guy or girl, it doesnt matter. You have your objective, now go get 'em tiger!

An anecdote.

I had to take Calc II for my major, Bioinformatics. So I took it. I got As on every test, until the 4th. My professor LOST my exam. I was like :scared:

But, as an agreement based on my past homework and testing behavior (all As), she showed me pity and gave me an A/B borderline grade.

Ironically, it would probably have been higher than my actual grade on that test.

In the end, I had an A on every test. 😀

i think the better question is what school do you go to that has hot girls in math classes?

i dont go to a school that has hot girls in math classes. the point of the shirt is to make people laugh, not for hot girls to actually answer the question poised by the integral on the shirt.

Taylor series was hard in that I can always recognize the pattern, but I could not derive the formula for the pattern (ex. 2^x-1) or something. So that was tough. Other stuff were not "hard" conceptually, just hard in because you have to practice a lot, or I did.

It was definitely one of my harder courses though.
