Calculus or algebra based Physics?

I did not find any previous threads about this debate which were convincing, so maybe someone can give good advice.

Algebra based physics is all that's required. Is it necessary to take calc-based to show interest in difficult classes, or is algebra based sufficient??

Hahaha, you couldnt find any threads about this topic? Nothing has changed. People are going to give you the same answers they gave everyone else. I'd personally tell you to take calc based, because it's much cooler and you learn at a deeper level.

hehe, NOOO! algebra based better prepares you for the MCAT and is an easier A! adcoms dont pay that much attention to your courses to really care which one you took, so take the one that helps with both the MCAT and GPA!

That really depends on the school thouhg, because in my school, calc based physics really isn't. We don't use it for anyting. BUt the prof. is a lot better than the one who teaches regular physics.

But you really couldn't find any threads? Done a search lately?
