Calculus prereq?

My councilor thinks calculus is a prerequisite for dental school. I always thought it wasn't is he right? I beleive I only saw it as a prereq at a few schools very minimal am i correct? Its not a prereq right? thanks

I think most schools suggest taking it, but not a prereq. Any school near me you have to take it anyways in order to take physics.
