As far as I know, not that many schools take transfer. I have asked several deans for my friends. So, certainly no CA school does this. You should write to all deans of all CA, AZ, NV to see what they said. May be you'll have better luck.

i love it at tufts, but its very far from home and i dont want to do another 4 years on the other coast like i did for undergrad. AND, it costs a buttload of money. 😱
