I didn't get my CPhT certificate notarized and I already sent the apps in. I didn't know what they meant by true copy until now...

What do you guys suggest I do? Do you think it's okay for me to mail the notarized copy in a separate mail? I've been trying to call the place every minute but no answer!

Yikes. I don't think it's a good idea to just send them the notarized copy.

I would, unfortunately, either submit an entirely new application - OR - wait for them to kick back the license app (they will) and then re-file it.

Either way, you're going to be out time and possibly money due to your oversight.

You should've asked us before sending it! We could've told you what certified true meant; that's what we're here for. =p

Don't worry about it.

I sent my application form and stuff with one missing page and they request me for the missing page by mail two months later.
They are super slow.

It should be takes a little bit of more time to complete your registration but it's OK.

I sent my application on July and now I'm waiting for my licence.
I checked my name was on the Pharm-tech's list on the pharmacy board yesterday night.

I submitted my application without a notarized certificate. Apparently, the Board either overlooked it or didn't consider it important enough to be sent back to me because they cleared me for my license.

Wow, that's very fortunate for you. I hope they overlooked my application as well :xf:

I think I'm going to send the copy by separate mail.

I should have asked you guys for help before I sent it!

you know, i have a question as well. i've gotten my notarized copy, LiveScan form, and basically everything done with the application...i just don't know how to send the thing. i'm guessing you don't just put the application in a normal envelope...is there any special sort of packaging you gotta mail the application in? thanks for your help guys.

I bought a document mailer @ the UPS Store and sent it to the board of pharmacy in Sacto. Sent regular mail, nothing special, no signature required, nothin'. Make it too complicated, you never know what'll happen.

which schools are you referring to?
i thought you didn't need a notarized copy for all schools...
