I was wondering where are the best (and worst) places near the school to live?

Gee, you're lucky I'm avoiding oral path...the two coolest and most popular areas are downtown and Dundee. Both are within 10-15 min. to school. Both are also expensive and harder to park in. I live in Midtown around 72nd and Dodge which has pretty much everything you need in the area. There are a lot of old duplexes around the area of 58th and Lafayette, which give you plenty of room and parking at a good price. That area is right next to 72nd and Dodge and Dundee and 15-20 min. from school.

Avoid North Omaha...the area around Q street and hwy. 75 is also probably not what your looking for.
