The Dean at one of my top med schools said he is willing to talk to me regarding my application before I apply this cycle. I'm encouraged to send in anything I want about my application beforehand. I was thinking of emailing my resume and transcripts…is this okay to do? I have my LORs and a rough draft of my PS too, but I figured sending those in might be going too overboard.

Usually when I talk to admissions people who are helping me, I will just summarize my application so it is easier for them to read, as I know they are busy. For example you can let them know your overall GPA, volunteering activity, who your LORs are from, and a bit about you etc, in a concise email to save them time.

Personal statement might be okay to send in so he can give you pointers but LOR is probably over the top.

Agreed. Summarize your application and include your PS. I don't see any benefit in sending your LORs.

Come in with questions to ask-probably the most important question is going to be "what do you think I can do to strengthen my application?" Or even a "I really like your X medical school, is there anything that I can do to further show my interest in coming here as a medical student?"
