So if you had a BCMP in the 2.8-3.0 range and got into a program such as Georgetown or EVMS, don't you have to first make sure you pull your undergrad science GPA to something above a 3.0, since schools will screen you out otherwise?

I mean I know doing well in the MS programs is supposed to show you are competent, but do you the apply with the low science undergrad anyway? Does it mean schools will overlook a low BCMP GPA if you get a 3.6-4.0 in the SMP?

If you have a sub 3.0 or low 3's sci GPA, completed an SMP and got into med school can you please list:
your sci GPA:
postbacc you completed:
how many med schools you got into:

Thank you, I checked out the thread, but I was wondering if there were any specific examples of sub 3.0 BCMP's who did well in the SMP and got in to medical school without bringing their undergrad science gpa up....
