I have a new interventional practice. I would like to have an employee handbook. I've google searched with lukewarm options. Anyone have suggestions they know about or have used? Thanks in advance!

There are downsides to having an employee handbook, you should check with your medmal carrier to discuss.
My business insurance (not Med mal) wants me to have an a handbook with hipaa policies, cyber security policies and sexual harassment policies. What is the downside? How does this conflict with medmal? Thanks.

I'm not sure about Med-Mal, but it is true that if you have written policies you have to follow them. That's why it is also important to include a statement saying the owner(s) can suspend any policy at any time as allowed by law. Never forget: In private practice, you're the boss.
