can anyone help me find the case against the nurse anesthetist who was accused of molesting the ob patient and they did a dna analysis and foudn out it was his dna on her breast.. what was that guys name??

Nurse Anesthetist Indicted On Sex Charges

Print StoryE-mail StoryCOLUMBUS, Ohio A nurse anesthetist accused of sexually assaulting a woman shortly after she gave birth was indicted Monday on three counts of gross sexual imposition.
Daniel Maldovan is scheduled to appear for an arraignment on Wednesday, 10TV's Andy Hirsch reported.
The alleged victim, who requested anonymity, said that she was scheduled for a C-section delivery on Dec. 31 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Afterward, in the recovery room, she claimed that Maldovan, who had assisted during her pregnancy, came in and touched her breast.

"I didn't think anything of it because there were so many people - in and out of the room - and I was getting poked and prodded," the woman said.
She said that Maldovan asked her if she felt any pain on her breast. After saying no and telling him that a nurse advised against receiving more medication, she said Maldovan returned to her room with a syringe and injected it into her IV to put her to sleep.
When she awakened, the woman claimed Maldovan's mouth was on her breast.
"It's just horrible," she said. "You feel taken advantage of. The perception of your trust in people is gone."
Police said they linked DNA from saliva found on the woman to Maldovan and then charged him with sexual assault, Hirsch reported.
"It was horrible," the woman said. "I was having panic attacks. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat. I cried a whole lot."
Investigators confirmed that the alleged victim was "substantially impaired" at the time and backed her story that the anesthetist provided her with pain medication, saying he "knew victims' impairment."
Maldonvan's license is inactive for now. He works for Consultant Anesthesiology Inc., which contracts with Mount Carmel, Hirsch reported.
