I am a foreign medical graduate preparing for USMLE Step CS in Taiwan.

Because I am not a native-english speaker,
I am afraid of not gonna to pass this exam.

Can anyone help me with?

We can use "skype" or "MSN" to practice some sample cases. 🙂

Your best bet would be to get First Aid for CS and have someone give you a scenario and then you ask them all your History Qs and then do a physical. If you are concerned, time yourself, practice your note, and have someone critique you. If you do it online, it isn't a real situation.

Well, I do have a English teacher, but he has to come back to American this October.
