Anyone know if they can they see how many pages are in que or how many are left red overnight red remotely? Like say your partner leaves stuff red every night, and you clean it up, a never ending cycle. Could they see this?

As far as I know, all of the major chains build extensive workflow monitoring algorithms into their platforms. For example, I’ve seen reports on average time to verify a prescription per pharmacist. Whether or not anyone is actually paying attention to the specific data you want them to see is anyone’s guess, but they almost certainly have the ability to do so.

DM in my area is on several stores' @$$e$ having them report # pages QT, QP, QV1, QV2 on the QD basis
This. "They" have the ability to run reports, but most of that is going to be retrospective. "They" can also remote into a terminal, but that's not happening at the district supervisor level, which is why DM above is having the pharmacist send it to them.

They can remote in, they have you send it to them to save time and to make sure you are invested in the outcome.

I'm surprised they haven't asked pharmacists to "skip wiping" as that takes extra valuable seconds that could otherwise be spent telemarketing for them or counting narcs for some crackhead....

Or encourage laxative use so the act of defecating is literally instantaneous....time is money after all......

i've always wondered. i wanna know how i rank. i have some pride for how fast and accurate i work i wanna be number 1 baby! lol like billboard hot 100. i'm a superstaaaaarr!

I heard from a friend this is actually metric now, how many items are left in que at night. The DL gets a report. You are expected to stay and get it cleared before leaving.

So the person closing gets the shaft? What if the person before them left a mess?

Welcome to second shift. Everything is second shift’s fault. Regardless of productivity reports or anything based in reality, the story will be that everything would be fine if second shift just pulled their weight.

Well at least in my experience first shift will be everyone with experience and second shift will be all the hardest worker. Second shift will always get the shaft and have everything blamed on them.

Unless there is a third shift - then it’s all their fault.

First shift gets to stroll in, drink their coffee, chat and play on their phone for the first hour. Second shift walks into chaos and leaves in chaos.
