Can I apply to more schools after e-submitting AADSAS app? + a LOR question

1) Let's say I complete my AADSAS app, select all my schools and press "send" (or what have you). Then, a week or so later I think, "Oh hey, I should have applied to schools X and Y!" Can I go back and add schools X and Y and submit AADSAS again?

2) Can I complete/submit my AADSAS app if one LOR is missing? Will AADSAS just hold off on processing and sending my app to dental schools until the LOR has been uploaded?

1)Sure, just pay for the new ones.
2)Yes, LOR won't stop your app from being sent to adcoms.
