I am a bone marrow technician at a large hospital. I assist the pathologists directly in the procedure. This involves lots of patient contact and observation. Can I call this shadowing? We perform up to 30 bone marrows a week. Thanks again.

I wouldn't, because it's a job, not shadowing. That said, obviously I would include the job and describe the work in the explanation. In my opinion it'll hold more weight that way than shadowing would.

I also wouldn't try to turn 1 experience into 2. If you then asked those docs and spent time shadowing them outside of work, then I would consider that a separate experience.

Thank you. You answered my question perfectly. Thanks again.
