can i do grade replacement after graduation?

I graduated with a two years ago and got a few C's. but would grade replacement work after graduating undergrad? I took some post bac classes and did well in them but they were 300 levels classes. I would like to retake gen chem and physics to replace my C's

Be sure the credit hours and course descriptions are the same, wherever you retake the classes.
