i sent my transcripts and evaluation to AADSAS but they did not update on aadsas if they receive it can i esubmit now ? and if something is missing send agian to aadsas

Yes. Go through the application again and make sure all of the parts of the application that tell you that you can't make any changes after you eSubmit are 100% the way you want them. You don't need to hold out on submitting for transcripts to arrive (verify you input your junk correctly though) or for your letters.
can i send fee aplications to school 3-4 days after i e submit it ?
if you are paying via credit card, it has to be done at the same time. If paying by check, it would make sense to send it very soon after you eSubmit (taking into account post time, processing time..etc)
