Can I get recommendations from these people?

ACCOMAS counts "other science" in science GPA.
Other science includes astronomy, nutrition, and Kinesiology classes.

Could I use those classes to get my science recommendation letters??

Anatomy is straight up biology anyway. So that'd definitely be considered a "science" letter.
