Hi everyone, I am a US MD senior with a step score of 214. Is cardiology fellowship a realistic goal for me?

For IM subspecialties, try to get into the best IM program possible. After that, research and connections are your friends. Yes, you can do it...but you need to do well on Step 2/3.
