Can I include I was inducted into a peer leadership organization, German national honor society, national honor society? I'm currently the president of Muslim student association but it's going down the tube because I haven't really been doing anything. I'm transferring soon so I'm just going to resign.

If you need to include ECs from high school, perhaps you aren't adequately involved in UG? Plus, you even mentioned your involvement was in decline, so using it would be be silly.

The rule adcoms here came up with, if I recall, was that if you have something you've been continuously volunteering at since before college then just include the hours since the start of college.
