Can I incorporate one small paragraph in a personal statement such as my dental work place? However, I recently got the position mid May, and I've only worked for about 1 month and half (~120 hours.)

if there is a lot to talk about that you think could improve your chances (unique procedures you have seen, or some patient-doctor relationship stuff), then write about it. If it is simply assisting and observing, then incorporated in a paragraph.. don't devote an entire paragraph for an experience that 1500 other applicants had as well
