since we have only 15 activities, im trying to group stuff together...i.e.- if I did two community service projects, instead of listing each project and date, I just list the organization in general and talk about the projects i did in the description.

for research, I cant afford to use up 2 blocks (one for presentation and another for research/lab), so can I basically write about the presentation in my description instead?

Thanks.

Also...this is LAME, but for awards and presenations, I plan on just using 1 activity slot and list several awards. What could I possibly put for Average Hours/Wk??? I mean these are awards, not time commitments.

Sure. I think this makes sense if you did research and then presented it. Ideally, I'd probably separate those, but if you can't spare the space, you can't spare the space.

Just put 0. I believe the legal term de jour for that situation is 'res ipsa loquitor'. People know what awards are, and they know the AMCAS framework is sub-perfect.

What about the dates for the awards? Since these are multiple awards, can I just list the date of the first award I received?

A. Chill. or super chill.

B. put whatever date you like. either the first or the last. really the dates are to give a timeline. give the other dates in description.

👍 Agreed, just for an idea of the timeline as someone above said. I listed research initiatives in the same section as well with estimated dates. Wasn't a problem. Best. :luck:
