Can I send my Transcript in WiTHOUT the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM?

Ya people do it all the time. It just takes a little longer (supposedly). Read the AACOMAS instructions.

Its fine. They say it takes a little longer but it might or it might not. Maybe if you have a common name it'll take longer.
