Can I take a loan for school if I study in the EU/Poland?

The cost of the school is like $13K-$16K a year, so I can't pay that out of pocket. I'm a Pole in the US, so staying to work in the EU wouldn't be a problem. What kind of loans could I take?

US federal aid can be provided in certain universities in Europe. You have to ask the uni to know for sure.
