can medical schools see if I have scheduled an mcat test date for next year (2013 cycle)? They can only see which other schools have accepted you correct?

Uh wut? They cannot see if you have scheduled an MCAT for next year. They will only know this if you tell them... and they also have no clue what schools have accepted you unless they talk to other schools AdComms (which isn't uncommon)
