Possibly the most neurotic thread in history....

I was planning on writing on how my parents would discourage me from going to the hospital when I was young because they were poor. One time I broke my leg and my parents waited for a month before going to the hospital because they wanted to see if it would heal of its own accord.

My question is, will my parents get in trouble if I write this in my secondary? For medical neglect or something?
