Jessica is 25 yr old fitness trainer, and is a body builder. Jessica called because she had lost control over her 5 yr old son. Jessica was never violent with her young son until couple of days ago. Jessicas customers as well complained about her mood swings. Jessica is afraid to talk to her family doctor because she is using anabolic steroids to prepare for a competition. Jessica previously competed in a competition without drugs, but now she feels without the drugs she looks very fat and not athletic enough. She is also on a very low calorie diet and duuretics. Jessica says that she was chubby as a child and was treated differently than her other to sisters because of her weight. Her sister and her parents were all athetic and participated in sports. Jessica says that body buidling makes her feel good. Her husband is a fitness trainer as well and her coach. The husnand advised her to ignore her symptoms because they are common among body builders.
