No, if you're talking about matriculating in Fall 2016. Late applications generally refer to getting all your ducks in a row and finishing your primaries late within that particular cycle (e.g. getting everything done Aug/Sep and later during the summer of 2015 in your case).
Keep in mind that you'll get your MCAT scores back about a month after you take it. So if you take the MCAT around May 2015 or before, you'll be golden. Also, take note:
"AMCAS will verify and process your application without your MCAT scores. Once the scores are made available, AMCAS will upload your scores automatically into the application. If your application has already completed verification, AMCAS will send updates to the medical schools indicated in your application informing them of the update."
A lot of schools will send you secondaries without an MCAT score, but will not consider your application if you send it in without it.
