I work in an inpatient rehab unit as an occupational therapist. They just started a study on my patients on the effects of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors on functional recovery in stroke patients. Basically, I am required to write up a little summary after each session about how the patient performed and if they were actively participating in therapy. Can I count this as research? Or is it a work related experiences? I spoke with the physician and I'm going to try to get more involved. Any suggestions on what I can offer to do for them?
