can we do this for Step 2 CK rescheduling?

I booked my Step 2 CK test center in the Middle East, can i reschedule it in the US? I reach the stage where i get the map on the prometric site but it won't load test centers if I search for NY, while it loads them in the middle east if I type Amman or whatever.. Does that mean it's not allowed or I have to call to get it done? any experience with this?

I believe you need to contact them to change your testing zone. (I vaguely remember something about that from a friend. I'm not certain.)
