can we submit before AACOMAS receives the transcripts??

So if my app. is ready online but AACOMAS have not received my transcripts from the schools, can I still submit my app. now? or do i have to wait for them to receive all my transcripts before submitting ??

You can submit your application before they receive your transcript(s).
