are you allowed to add schools even after you have submitted AMCAS??

I submitted on the 16th of june and i've realized now that with my MCAT score of 26, that i should have added way more schools to increase my chances of getting in somewhere.

also, what do you guys think would be some good "reach" schools for someone with my stats ?? (check out my MDapplicants profile in the signature)

I'm pretty sure you can add more schools... just go to the schools sections of your AMCAS and the option to add more schools should be there.

Yes. At least you'd better be able to. I called AMCAS twice yesterday before submitting, just to make sure I could add more schools while I was waiting to be verified. Both times they said it wasn't a problem at all.

Yes, just log back in. Go to medical schools, add your school(s) of interest. Then choose the "Submit application" (on the main menu). And that's it (At least I hope it is, cause that's what I did...)

No idea. I'll defer to the rest of the SDN population on that one.

Unless you studied hard for months I would seriously recommend retaking the MCAT. Your score is balanced, but it seems with work on each section you could improve each number.
