Can you do the same elective twice?

We get to do some electives during third year at our school, so let's say I do radiology elective as first rotation, and towards the end of third year I realize that this is what I wanna do and I need to get a letter from the radiology attending but since I did it back in the beginning, he probably dont remember me so can I do the same elective again 4th year?

mostly depends on the school and the specific rotation. i know people that have done the same exact rotation 3-4 months.

sure, depends on availability and whether the people who you rotated with will tolerate you one more time. i did two IR electives.

my school allows it twice, if you want a third time, it has to be during ur vacation block
