do you know anyone with little to zero EC with average stats that got into dental school? What about someone with let say 3.5 GPA with 19AA DAT with minimum required shadowing hours and a few retail jobs not related to dentistry. What are the chances of this person getting in?

Well a 3.5 and a 19 AA is the average matriculated student, and the average matriculated student has decent EC so you'd have a slightly below average chance if I had to guess.

I'll let you know on Dec 3rd. I worked extensively during my undergrad, which might have looked better on my part since it was in a clinical setting.

You mean, what are the chances of you getting in? Why waste time worrying about this? Just spend this next semester working as hard as you can keeping grades up and volunteering/getting some ECs...

lol why does it matter if it is me or anybody...

Because you have made 7 million posts inquiring about your chances of getting into dental school. 😛

You should just make multiple accounts so we all don't know its the same person asking questions of this nature everyday.

I think grades matter most (DAT, followed by GPA), and LOR and EC matter second. So, you could get in with a 20 +. In mean this in the nicest way: you have a year, chill out.
