I am an IMG candidate for IM, I have step 1 230/96, step 2 237/98, 3 good US LORs, research experience in USA for 1 year with 2 publications and 2 posters. But I have attempt on CS.
Do I have a chance to get into any university program or
into a good community-university affiliated?

Do you mean a FAILURE on CS? Or do you mean you only ATTEMPTED (but are still awaiting results)?

IMGs typically call a failure of the CS "an attempt". Just a weird language nuance that all IMGs have picked up for some reason.

Why don't you call the places you are interested in and ask if they have accepted applicants in the past in your situation? Or perhaps ask a program director at the hospitals you've rotated at to give you an honest evaluation of your situation. I would place more value on their opinion/advice over anything what you get on a forum. Frieda is a good place to start researching programs (if you haven't already). You seem like a good candidate, good luck to you!
