Hello all,
I will be taking the NAPLEX in Florida to become a licensed pharmacist in Florida. I wish to take my exam on November 30, 2014. If the expiration date on the ATT is November 30, 2014, can I sit for the NAPLEX on November 30, 2014? Or must I take the NAPLEX on November 29, 2014 for the Florida Board of Pharmacy to accept my score?
Has anybody encountered this situation before?
A representative for NABP told me that the ATT is considered expired on November 30th at 12:01 a.m., so a student must take the exam no later than November 29, 2014. However, a representative for Pearson VUE is stating that a student can sit for the exam on or before November 30, 2014 and the Board of Pharmacy will still accept the student's score. The representative at Pearson VUE also stated that their system has access to the expiration date of the student's ATT and that the Pearson VUE system will not allow a student to schedule an exam beyond the date in which the ATT expires. The Pearson VUE system is allowing me to schedule the NAPLEX on November 30, 2014.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
