Contact the Royal College of Pysicians and Surgeons of Canada. It is likely you will be asked to do the certification exam. Also contact the provinces. You may be able to get a temporary license to practice whiles you write the exam. Postgrad training in South Africa is recognized as equivalent to Canadian trianing and you should not have much trouble with that.

should I apply for immigration to Canada or I can come on visa,,do I need job offer for visa..
